Processing Times
Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume.
Typical processing times are:
- Custom and personalized items: 2-5 business days
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During holidays, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other available shipping providers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Shipping delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
East Coast Heritage Company is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer
- Additional shipping fees required for returned or re-shipped packages
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, East Coast Heritage Company is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related delivery issues.
If a package is lost or delayed, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Duties
- Taxes
- Import charges required by their country
East Coast Heritage Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
